AND HOLDS FIRST MEETINGS IN MARCH

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, March 21, 1997 -- PTS Learning Systems has created a client advisory panel and held its first two regional meetings at Estee Lauder Companies corporate headquarters in New York on March 18th and PTS Learning Systems on March 20th, announced Pat Roberts, president and co-founder of PTS.

"There is a vast wealth of intellectual capital that exists at our various client companies, so we decided to provide a forum in which we could exchange ideas, discuss industry trends, and initiate research and beta test programs," said Roberts.

The PTS Advisory Panel is comprised of clients who have identified PTS' Integrated Learning Solution™ as their desktop learning and electronic support platform. The Panel includes: American Home Products, Estee Lauder, JP Morgan, IBM/ISSC, Mutual of New York, Wawa, Quaker Chemicals, and White and Case among others.

Members of the PTS Learning Systems management team and PTS clients meet for half-day sessions at specified regional locations in order to facilitate the highest level of participation. The goals of the advisory panel are to provide: 1) an opportunity for PTS clients to network and exchange ideas; 2) a forum for sharing and discussing implementation strategies; 3) a round table for gathering feedback on currently installed products for the purpose of enhancing future product releases; 4) an opportunity to present prototypes of future products; 5) an overview of current industry trends in computer training and support; 6) exploration of research, case studies and beta test programs.
